The Outdoor Porcelain Clad Vacuum Circuit Breaker is designed for outdoor high-voltage applications with AC three-phase 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 40.5 kV. It can be operated electrically, manually, or through power storage using a spring operator or electromagnetic actuator. This breaker is ideal for controlling and protecting outdoor 35 kV distribution power systems, as well as for normal operation and short-circuit protection of city & country power nets and industrial & enterprise power nets.

The product features a porcelain insulator pillar type, excellent sealing, aging resistance, high voltage resistance, non-flammability and no explosion risks, long endurance, and easy installation and maintenance. The company offers a one-year guarantee from the date of the B/L, and spare parts can be supplied during and after the guarantee period.  The factory places great importance on quality control and ensures that every product is fully assembled and tested before shipping.  OEM/ODM services are also available to customers.

The ZW7-40.5 outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for use at altitudes of up to 1000m, in temperatures ranging from -30℃ to +40℃, with wind pressure of ≤700pa (wind speed≤34m/s), and in areas with earthquake intensity of ≤8 °C.  It should not be used in places with inflammables, explosives, corrosives, or severe vibration, and the daily range of temperature should be ≤25℃.
